Care isn’t just about personal and home care. At Secareserve, our aim is to empower care receivers to be empowered in making decisions that are suitable for in everything that concerns them – whether major or minor. We aim to carry the care receiver along in every care decision and delivery so that they are enabled to live fulfilling lives.

Our care services cover the following:

Home Care & Support. This provides a flexible care and support to enable people to live independent and fulfilling lives. We deliver high quality and safe support to enable individuals stay in their homes, where possible. We encourage individuals to take control of their service, making choices, accessing local facilities, and remaining active in their communities. Regular visits from a care worker can help with everyday tasks, social activities, personal care, getting in and out of bed, nutritional support, taking medication, cleaning, shopping, cooking, housekeeping, transportation to doctors’ appointments and other events.

Live-in-Care and Support. This service is for people who need support with significant healthcare issues, such as chronic illnesses and disabilities, but want to live as independently as possible at home. We provide care and support in addition to either a sleep-in or waking night service to ensure care needs are met 24 hours a day. With support from carefully matched live-in care workers, you can stay in your comfortable, familiar, and secure home or environment. This can be ongoing or short-term.

Social or Assisted Visits. We use a combination of approaches, including a strength-based approach, to support individuals engage in various social activities in the community such as going out for walks, day centres, visiting friends or family, going to church, mosque or faith establishment, companionship care and all outreach support such as appointments with GPs etc.

Respite Care and Support. We provide support for individuals and their families with two kinds of respite care:

  • Live-in care in your home, with minimal disruption to your routine.
  • Domiciliary care and support at home for a few hours while your carer takes some time out.

End-of-Life Care and Support. Acknowledging the end of someone’s life can be physically and emotionally challenging. We provide a holistic, compassionate end of life care to individuals who require it and their families.Having End of Life or Palliative Care for individuals to remain in their home or a place they feel most comfortable, surrounded by their memories and the people they love is vital during such challenging times.

Dementia Care and Support. We provide skilled and experienced staff to support individuals with dementia and their families with all round care and support, such as everyday tasks, engagement in social activities, personal care at home, giving one-to-one, personalized support, and 24-hour day support in an individual’s own home.

Night Care and Support. We can provide care and support throughout the night in your home which include sleep-ins and waking nights. This re-assures individuals in their homes.

Physical Disability Care and Support. With expertise drawn from our multidisciplinary team (i.e.occupational therapists, physiotherapists, registered nurses etc),we deliver an excellent level of care including a reablement service to ensure independent and fulfilling lives.

Our services include support for individuals, for example, the physically impaired, who require support to complete all aspects of daily living such as personal care, managing continence, following SALT guidelines etc.

Learning Disability Care and Support. Our multidisciplinary team (including professionals with expertise in learning disability, mental health, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, registered nurses etc) deliver excellent levels of tailored care and support to ensure independent and fulfilling lives for those with Autism, Epilepsy etc.

We offer support to empower individuals with all aspects of daily living, covering areas such as sports, art, crafts, and other recreational activities, and short or long-term support and companionship support.
